Our body shapes fall into one of different three types:

(1) Ectomorph, (2) Mesomorph and (3) Endomorph.

 

Exercise


No amount of training and exercise will give you an amazing body unless you combine it with the right eating plan. And likewise a weight loss plan with no exercise will have limited gains. Failed attempts to lose weight may be due to inconsistent patterns of food intake, negative body image, poor motivation, unnecessary food restrictions or avoidance,  or a negative mental attitude. Also it is impossible to set an optimal body fat % that applies to everyone as body fat depends on your genetic makeup, natural body type as well as diet and activity.
 

Weight Management


Being overweight or underweight can have serious knock-on effects and put intensive strain on your body's other systems. The advice in this section will help you to manage your weight and understand why managing your weight correctly is important. Weight management is something that is being talked about a great deal. We constantly monitor our weight with our expectations sometimes being a little to unrealistic and hence we end up failing miserably with any diets we may follow. The true goal in weight management, however, is to reduce body fat whilst keeping energy levels high.
